1. Where is my order from Sondax printed?

Sondax utilizes a complex fulfillment network to make sure the items from your order are printed and shipped from a third party printer as close to your shipping address as possible.

- Direct print product (t-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, tanktop): printed in US factory and ship directly from there.

- All-over print product (t-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie), blanket, quilt, bedset, tumbler...: printed in China factory and ship directly from there.

2. Can I get COVID-19 from a product bought on Sondax?

We care deeply about the health and safety of all customers and artists on Sondax, as well as their confidence in the safety of the products sold on Sondax. We are closely monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) around the spread of COVID-19:

3. Will the delivery time for my order be affected?

While we do provide our best-estimated delivery date for your order, some 3rd-party printers that fulfill orders on Sondax have been affected resulting in longer production times. Additionally, all carriers have removed guaranteed delivery within a specific timeframe. Therefore, delivery time may be expected 10 to 15 business days longer than normal. We are working closely with shipping companies to make sure you will receive your item soonest.

However, for the most accurate information regarding deliveries to your area, we recommend checking with your local carriers and/or governments to see if deliveries may be restricted or disrupted, affecting the estimated delivery date for your order.

4. Are there any special measures Sondax is taking to help prevent the community spread of COVID-19?

Yes. We disseminate information about the disease, how to prevent it, and provide masks and hand-washing cleanser to all Sondax employees. We are strongly encouraging them to work from home, canceled/postponed any work travel, and asked that self-quarantine for two weeks after any personal travel. We are also in contact with the companies that fulfill and ship orders placed on Teevani to ensure precautions are being taken to help prevent the potential spread of COVID-19.
